BANJUL CITY TOUR

We depart from the hotel 9 am and drive to the capital.

Our first stop will be Arch 22, we will climb upstairs and you will have a outstanding view of the city and river, upstairs there is also a small museum. Which has some interesting historic events and artifacts about The Gambia.

We will proceeds to National Museum the biggest museum in The Gambia. It obtained all one has to known about historical, cultural, and artefacts, from the prehistoric times and to the modern era.

We will end our trip with a visit to the colorful and lively Albert market, is a street market full of energy. It named after Queen Victoria husband Prince Albert Saxe Coburg and Goth, the market is divided in to three sections, the wholesale, retail market, the food market, and tourist market.

There is riverbank few meters behind the market. You can watch pirogues traditional boats. And ferries come and go.
