Q: What is included in the price of the tour?
A: Pick-up and drop-off to any hotel is included in your tour. You will also have a knowledgeable guide who will tell you all about your destination.
Q: How much is the entrance fee to destination xxx?
A: We update the prices on the Tours page every season to try to keep them accurate. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the prices are 100% accurate since sometimes the venues change their prices mid season.
Q: Can I pay the entrance fee to the destination with credit card?
A: Most places in the Gambia still doesn´t accept any type of cards, so be sure to bring cash for the entrance fee.
Q: Can I change the date of my booking?
A: We will do our best to help to find a new date for you, but we can´t guarantee that the date can be changed. It all depends on our other bookings at the time.
Q: Can I add destination xxx to my tour?
A: It´s highly possible! Please contact us so we can make a plan. Please note that we can´t guarantee anythingsince it alway depends on what other bookings we have.
Q: I am a solo female traveller, will I be safe with you?
A: Yes! We have had many solotravellers on our trips. We always do our best to take care of all of our customers.
Q: Do you speak language xxx?
A: All are tours is carried out in english.
Q: Does the car have an AC?
A: We can´t guarantee that the car has an AC. Although we try our best to make our guests happy we are still a small company and this is Africa, so we do our best with what we´ve got.
Q: We are coming from a cruise ship. Can we book a private tour?
A: We only do group tours for cruise ship passengers.
